What Are Dentures?

Our Custom Premium quality dentures offer our patients a more affordable option over our Cosmetic dentures.

The Technique

The process for creating our Custom Premium dentures starts with a comprehensive exam, consult and X-rays.   After this, patients will come in for impressions and then come back in for a try-in to check the bite.  Patients will receive a temporary denture until they get the final product.

The Cost

Custom Premium dentures offer a middle of the line affordability, falling in between the low-end denture clinics and our Cosmetic dentures.

Full Dentures

Molded to fit your mouth with comfort and precision, full dentures are used when there are no remaining teeth in your mouth.

Partial Dentures

If you have one or more of your natural teeth remaining, a partial denture may be a suitable option. Partials are used to fill in the spaces created by missing teeth and keep your remaining teeth from changing positions.

Implant-Retained

Implant dentures are similar to a fixed bridge. Generally, your dentist will place four to six implants on your upper and lower arch. The denture will then be fixed to the implants. These offer more stability then typical dentures and they are not removed every night.

The Denture Process

Dentures require several appointments to complete. During the first few appointments, we’ll take impressions of your mouth so a mold can be created. Dentures are custom-made to fit your mouth, so it’s important to have the correct measurements. Once your dentures have been made, you can return to our office to try them on. We can make adjustments if needed.

It’s important to care for your dentures if you want them to last. Dentures should be cleaned regularly to prevent the buildup of bacteria that can cause bad breath. To do this, you can brush your dentures like you would your natural teeth and soak them overnight so they don’t dry out. You should also continue to brush your gums to avoid gum disease.
